不一定的，我们去ｃｏｓ就像你去参与一个关于你的兴趣的活动～
你说的舞台剧，通常是比赛是他们所表演的～
而普通的表演我不太确定有什么，不过～请期待吧～

Cosplay Competition Rules & Regulations (Solo Category)

Cosplay Competition Solo Details
RULES AND REGULATIONS
+ The solo cosplay competition will take place on Sunday, 19th Dec 2010 and is opened to the first sixty (60) first come first serve basis.
+ Registration is ON-SPOT ONLY. Any forms sent before the aforementioned date will be promptly deleted.
+ General cosplay rules & regulations apply. If you don't know what there are *points up*
+ Cosplayers are required to be in full costume upon registration. Cosplayers are not allowed to send a representative to register on their behalves. Registration ends at 12.00pm.
+ Participants are also required to attach a clear coloured reference picture of your character (front and back,full view if possible) along with the registration form. Failure to provide a clear coloured reference picture of your character will result in a deduction of points.
+ Requests for equipment (including microphones, chairs/tables) must be indicated in the registration form.
+ Each cosplayer will be given a tag upon registration. Please make sure the tag can clearly be seen at all times. Cosplayers who lose their tags are automatically disqualified from the competition.
+ Contestants may not enlist extra help from helpers for the solo competition (We call it "solo" for a reason =P).
+ Contestants may not interact with the emcees/judges during their time on stage.

Preliminary round
Format: For the preliminary round, each cosplayer is given TWO (2) minutes to perform ANYTHING they want.*
Judging criteria for solo cosplay competition:
Accuracy and Quality of Costume = 20%
Character portrayal = 20%
Creativity = 10%

这是一个利用电脑software的绘画比赛（看到了拉==），
那么有分成两个比赛，
一个是角色填色比赛（character colouring competition），在18号~
另一个是绘画插图比赛（illustration competition），在19号~
有兴趣者请在当天的11点—1点之内报名，位子只有20个！

General Rules
•This year's art competition (here on referred to as "the competition") will be held on-site.
•There are two categories for the competition, each with their own age group which we judge based on the age you are supposed to be that year REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR BIRTHDAY HAS PASSED.
•Computers and tablets will be provided (Not to be taken as own property) and 20 slots will be given for each category. Treat all provisions with care. Any damage can and will result in disqualification.
•Entries will be judged based on concept, creativity, and quality of work.
•Entries that contain vulgarities and/or obscenities will automatically be disqualified.
•Judges’ decisions are final. Complaints will not be entertained.
•Top 10 finalists will be selected from each category after the competition and the winners will be announced on the 19th December 2010 during the prize giving ceremony.
•Prizes will be given out towards the end of the second day's festivities. If the winners are not present to claim their prizes and no proxy is present, their prize will be subject to forfeit. Comic Fiesta will not be held responsible in ensuring the delivery of the prizes to the winners.
•Comic Fiesta reserves the right to change the terms of the competition at our discretion without any prior notice.
•*The availability of slots are subject to change. Additional contestants will be put onto a waiting list and notified should there be slots available.

Character Coloring
Category: Under 17
Date: 18th December 2010 (Saturday)
Registration Time: 11.00am-1.00pm
Time: 2.00pm - 5.00pm
- Participants must be 17 years old and below.
- Please be on-site at 1.45pm for a short briefing session.
- Participants will be required to color a lineart which will be provided.
- The competition will end at 5.00pm. To be fair, all artists are required to stop their works immediately at that time.
Illustration

Category: Above 18
Date: 19th December 2010 (Sunday)
Registration Time: 11.00am-1.00pm
Time: 2.00pm - 5.00pm

- Participants must be at least 18 years old and above.
- Please be on site at 1.45pm for a short briefing session.
- Participants are required to draw an illustration based on a theme which will be provided on the day itself.
- The competition will end at 5.00pm. To be fair, all artists are required to stop their works immediately at that time.

去创造一个最创意的ＮＩＰＳ标题～大奖有ＲＭ１０００噢～～
绘画: 18th December 2010, 11am-7pm
投票: 19th December 2010, 11am-7pm
地点: NIPS 摊位

Prizes: 1st Prize RM 1,000 cash + Goodie Bag（ＲＭ１０００＋礼品包）
2nd Prize RM 500 cash + Goodie Bag（ＲＭ５００＋礼品包）
3rd Prize RM 300 cash + Goodie Bag（ＲＭ３００＋礼品包）

Mechanics
1. The contest will be held on site at NIPS booth in Comic Fiesta on the 18th of December 2010. Participants are required to complete and submit the entry on the same day before 7pm. Registration is required, pre-registration is preferred. Please refer below.

2. Participants will be provided with an A3 sized paper with the NIPS logo printed on it and several markers. Participants are allowed to bring and use other tools provided they are dry materials (no acrylic paint, watercolor, aerosol paint spray, and etc.).

3. Shortlisted entries are judged based on creativity in utilizing the space on the paper and complementing the NIPS logo.

4. Shortlisted entries will be posted at the NIPS booth and a public voting session will take place on the 19th of December 2010. The 3 entries with the highest vote count will be named the winners.

Rules & Regulations
•This competition is open to all regardless of age and nationality, with the exception of immediate Comic Fiesta Committee members and SAYS Youth Society members.
•Participants may participate as an individual or in a team of no more than three (3). Prizes will not change regardless of how many members the winning entry belongs to. When participating in a team only the team’s leader/representative need to register his/her details.
•Anyone within the Comic Fiesta event grounds may vote, however each person is limited to one (1) vote only. Please obtain a voting slip from the NIPS booth on the 19th and follow the instructions provided when filling out the voting slip.
•The judge’s decisions are final.
•Winners are expected to present themselves or their representative during prize giving ceremony at Comic Fiesta 2010 on 19th December 2010. Should no one physically claim the prize on the said day, the prize will be forfeited.
