Dont give him attention and he will stop making noise. Even if he talk bad about you,it wouldnt affect you if you were doing a good job. Just keep trying to improve n one day rumours will stop. If you thinkyou are doing a bad job,den u shud jiantao urself. Maybe there is some truth to what he said.
Last time when i was xie tiao,i try to advice n listen before scolding, i didnt follow the old format,so maybe you shud not follow the old format from XX

If he is in the wrong, den just ignore him. What he says isn't important if you dont acknowledge it. But i really think you guys should be more attentive to what your juniors need and try to bring out the best in them. Stilll got 3 months. =D
I really think you should try to be more mellow in solving problems. Dont mangnify them. try to minimise problem and smooth things out.
