我发觉到有好多小孩不是很清楚整个事情的来龙去脉，所以我想再申明一次，我想提醒的，是那些有前途的年轻人，SPM 或 STPM 毕业的，要他们慎重考虑过后才决定要不要加入超级。 我并没有以偏概全，也没有想要诬蔑/贬低 超级的补习素质，所以，如果今天你只是一个在超级补习的学生，你觉得老师教的好或不好都跟我没有关系。相对的，如果你是一个考虑加入超级的年轻人，或你有朋友在超级的话，你可以读一读我的分享，慎重地考虑你的前途。
我曾经在理想补过习（理想是超级的前身），也曾经坐在Mr Tee 的办公室前认真地考虑过要不要参加超级的分店计划，当时，我不是被要求当助教，他们要我考虑帮超级开分店，细节，我相信是商业机密，我也不想多说。不过，大致上他们会借钱给你开分店，然后你必须偿还利息，还有类似 royalty fees 的盈利分红给超级总部。
就那么的简单，有人出钱给你当老板，有一套成功的经营方式让你效仿，有一个让你出人头地的机会， 有一个让你觉得你可以比你读STPM/ 大学的朋友来的成功的机会， 有一个让你马上可以赚钱孝敬父母的机会。 那，到底是什么让我犹豫了呢？跟许多超级的过来人一样，我家境算平凡，但是成绩还算不错。当时，我觉得，世界就在我的脚下，我要证明给大家看，我的才华，我要赚钱孝敬家人，我要自己创一番事业， 这不就是个大显身手的好机会吗？ 我很心动。Mr Tee 说， 我的成绩很好，不过，STPM 不是每个人都能读的，读了不一定有前途。读了那么多书为的还不是出来找一份工作？况且，加入超级，我还能半工半读的完成我的大学文凭， 何必自讨苦吃的考什么STPM ？ Mr Tee 还说，人生，重要的是要找到一个老师。他告诉我他在新加坡的投资有多成功，然后，暗喻的告诉我。。他就是我人生中的老师。
我没有当场答应他。一切来得太突然，我当下就告诉他给我时间考虑。我回到了家，我甩开他所说的一切一切。我认真地思考了。我思考的是，不是他摆在我眼前的一幅大好美景；我要认真的考虑，我真正要的是什么，不是我多喜欢他能给我的什么。我要决定的，是我想要有怎么样的未来，不是我能不能接受他给我的未来。 他给的未来很好，很诱人，很有道理，很简单， 但是。。。 是我想要的吗？
我想要的是抛开人生中可能最快乐的大学时光吗？ 我想要的是放弃追求学问的权利吗？ 我想要的是放弃我的自由，为了他人的超牌卖命吗？ 我想要的是教书，开补习中心吗？我想要的是，下辈子对着一群小学生和一群助教？Is that the life I want?
我要上好的大学。我要认识很多的朋友。我想学习最前卫的科学。我想创业。我想靠自己的努力创造自己的未来。我想有生命的自主权。 我不相信我会像他说的那样，我不加入超级，不代表我就没有前途了。我能胜任STPM。 Why Not ?
我决定拒绝他了。
我上了STPM，是有比SPM难，但是也没有像他说的那样。我的青春痘倒是没了。有了很好的朋友。有了我的初恋（哈哈）， 有了Straight As. 有了选大学的权利。是没有错，本地大学是有歧视，我并没有拿到我想要的科系，不过那又怎样，我现在不是好好的在外国大学吗？我是借了大学的奖助学金，也用不了家里一分钱，那又怎样？看了看世界，也借助了大学给与的机会在两年内环游了20个国家，不好吗？认识了很要好的朋友，也接触了很多不同的人，事，物， 视野扩大了很多，不好吗？
认真的想想，想加入超级的朋友们。你们想放弃你自己掌控未来的权利吗？你想放弃你开拓视野的机会吗？我并没有否认，加入超级可以带来名利，而且又快又简单。 我觉得本质上是没有错。但是只是我想要你扪心自问，这是不是你想要的 ？这是不是你的未来？

I’m writing this in response to those we are not very keen on reading Chinese. Please pardon my English as I don’t intend to spend much time in translating this post either.
I’m aware that there are people who are actually confused about the existence of groups and blogspots like these. I would like to clarify that I am not condemning Super Tuition centre in regards of its teaching/quality/management style or whatever. The purpose of me writing this is to serve as a testimonial, a sharing from myself to those who are deciding whether to join super tuition or not. To these people I now honestly plead, please share a moment of two to read through my post and then only decide your future with Super Tuition.
I was once a student of Super Tuition during my Form4-5 year. I also sat in front of Mr.Tee’s desk and considered whether to join Super’s franchising offer. I was then asked to manage a franchise myself with the help of both Mr.Tee and Ms.Eng. I won’t divulge the details of the offer but the basic is this: They will finance your initial capital, and you will have to repay these in the form of loans and pay a royalty fees on top of your annual revenue as return to their investment.
It is extremely easy, You are basically offered the chance to be a boss, a ready trial and tested management methods at your disposal, a chance to you to show your capabilities, a chance for you to finally able to earn money for your family and lastly, a chance to outshine your peers.
So, it was such a good deal and why did I hesitate?
I consider myself coming from a humble family, and I did work hard for my studies in the hope of bringing a better future to my family. I wished to prove myself eagerly, to create a career and convince everyone that I’m capable. Honestly , I was really tempted by the offer.
I still remember vividly the things that Mr.Tee told me: You have a good result now, but STPM is way harder than you can imagine, less even if you can score, it is a fool’s hope to make it into a public university with your desired course. He also said, aren’t we people study so hard to get a good job and lead a good life? Isn’t that what I’m offering you now?
It was quite a surprising offer to me that time, and I told him I’ll need time to consider the offer. I went back to my house, and I throw all that he said to me behind my mind. I tell myself that I need to think this through seriously, and without any influence by his words. I wish to think about what kind of future and life I want to have, not to think about whether should I accept his offer and lead a future that he provided me with. The future he offered was tempting, easy, and logical, but then again, is that what I really desire ?
Am I ready to turn away the chance to enjoy varsity life? Am I to give up my thirst for knowledge and the dream of pursuing my education in world renowned university? Am I ready to give up my freedom in return of his linear, dull, and restricting future? Do I want to be a tuition teacher for the rest of my life anyway?
No. I’ve figured out then. I want a good degree. I want to meet lots and lots of friends. I want to study the best knowledge out there. I want to be an entrepreneur. I want to create a future with my own hands, with me steering my own directions. I refused to believe that I’ll have harder chance to succeed if I don’t join SuperTuition.
And then I refused.
I went to STPM. Yeah It was harder than SPM, but at least not as disastrous as he claimed to be. I didn’t see the pimples coming out on my face due to study stress. Instead, I met some really wonderful friends in F6, I had my first relationship ( haha, yeah I know F6 is a bit late, but.. err ..) and I’ve got Straight As (3.92 tho, not flat). And then I had the chance to choose the university I wanted. Yeah I admit getting into an IPTA with you desired course is a bit tricky due to the quota, but hey, who cares? I’m now studying oversea at a university and the university and the bank is providing me with all the money I need. I did not take a single cent from my family even!
And now, with the chance the university provided me, I’m fortunate enough to have traveled 20 countries in 2 years time. I’ve made friends that I know will that last for life. I’ve made social connections and met successful people. I’ve seen much more that I can imagine. Isn’t this wonderful ?
To those who are considering to join SuperTuition. I urge you to think this through again. Are you sure you want to give up the ability to control your own future? Can you bear to give up the chance to see so much more? I do not deny the benefits in joining Super. It is fast, convenient, and probably the easiest way to success. All I ask of you is this, ask yourself this, is this the future you want? Is this the life you want?
