压力,惊醒的时段(睡眠也有分part的啊,都会影响=)
而且不用去想是不是鬼的啦
发恶梦的原因也有关系到睡姿,比如睡觉时有东西压着胸口((手/娃娃/抱枕/趴着睡
都会造成恶梦~~

鬼的话我是比较信我信宗教的家人说的啦
鬼魂的话,在阴间自然有阴间自己的掌管方式
不会轻易让鬼魂们出来ka ka cau cau的
你又不是大恶人,索命那些就不会遇到的啦
放心-.-

我当时就很像两只手放在头后面这样~
然后拿床单给这整个人~
因为那时候姐姐开灯又很吵~
我本来是醒了的~不小心睡着 -.-
我今天睡午觉的时候..
也是发到同样pattern的梦 ><
很罕见列~
