Daniel is a Vancouver-based (British Columbia, Canada) artist, philosopher, empath, healer, and counsellor with a passion for joy and inner peace, family and marriage.
Since graduating from the Sauder School of Business (UBC) with a Bachelor of Commerce and a marketing major, Daniel has spent a lot of his time working in the entertainment and broadcast industries, both behind and in front of the camera.
In 2012, Daniel produced a video called "Pop Danthology 2012" that went viral all over the world. In just three days, the video gained over 10 million views. Daniel now goes viral every year with his annual music mashups and has been on CNN Live News, NPR, Forbes, Huffington Post, People, Mashable, USA Today, NBC News. Daniel's music mashups are enjoyed by millions of people all over the world. His YouTube channel has more than 100 million views.
Having suffered through anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, and addictions in his past, Daniel is also passionate about mental health and the emotional needs of gifted children and adults. His blog is one of the top self-help resources for OCPD and it has been shared by American Mensa (largest and oldest high IQ society in the world), doctors, and professors. Daniel speaks at conferences and seminars.
Although Daniel is good at many different things, his greatest strength is making people feel emotionally safe around him. The most closed-up people open up to him about their deepest, darkest burdens. Daniel's number one passion is to help bring emotional freedom to the emotionally impoverished.
